HOW DO I QUALIFY?
Customers enrolled in the Land Rover Solon Corporate Partnership Program are provided an account number through their company. Upon ordering or taking delivery of an eligible vehicle, the customer must provide proof of eligibility:
- A fleet account number (FAN/EVAN) issued by Land Rover USA provided by the company or Land Rover Solon
- A fully complete Customer Information Form provided by the company or Land Rover Solon
- The employee's company badge or a letter of eligibility (e.g. copy of the eligible employee's pay stub, Company ID, W-2, or letter from your HR Department stating that the employee receives a car allowance as part of the employer's benefit package)
Customer must work at a company with 25 or more employees receiving a vehicle allowance and must be approved for an Employee Vehicle Account Number (EVAN). Customer must be approved for a Fleet Account Number (FAN). Only new vehicles are eligible for the Fleet & Business Program. Vehicles may be ordered or purchased from retailer stock, at the discretion of the retailer. Vehicle must remain in service for a minimum of 12 months or 12,000 miles unless otherwise negotiated. Customer will purchase and take delivery of vehicles through authorized Jaguar Land Rover retailer. Any vehicle determined to be exported by Jaguar Land Rover North America will result in an immediate removal of the customer from the Fleet & Business Program. Fleet & Business Vehicles are not eligible for any other JLRNA new vehicle incentives or rebates unless otherwise noted. Daily Rental Companies, Automotive Brokers, Car Dealerships, Export Companies, Vehicle Up-Fitters and Customizers, Taxi Service Companies, Medical Transport Companies, or other companies designated by JLRNA in its sole discretion are not eligible for the Fleet & Business Program. Customers agree to offer the selling retailer a right of first refusal to purchase the used vehicle before auctioning the vehicle or otherwise divesting or transferring title of the vehicle. All vehicles carry the applicable manufacturer limited warranties. Rebates and model eligibility are subject to change at any time during the model year or calendar year. If these terms are not met, customer may be removed from the Fleet & Business Program and all rebates (if applicable) must be refunded. JLRNA reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel the terms of the Fleet & Business Program at its sole discretion without notice. Approval for a Fleet Account Number (FAN) or Employee Vehicle Allowance Number (EVAN) is at the discretion of JLRNA. Special offers and model eligibility are subject to change anytime during the model or calendar year.
