Land Rover Names New Heritage Vehicle

As time goes by, models and brands grow and adapt, and Land Rover SUVs are no exception.  Over time, popular models have had to give way to newer and better vehicles, like the Range Rover Evoque and the Land Rover Discovery Sport.  But that doesn’t mean that customers and automakers don’t appreciate and honor the earlier beloved models, which is where the Land Rover Heritage vehicles come in.  Land Rover Heritage is dedicated to services, parts, and experiences for what are now considered “classic” models.  Heritage models are vehicles that have been out of production for over 10 years, but whose owners are supported by Land Rover.

The newest Land Rover Heritage vehicle has just been announced, one of the best-selling cars for the automaker – the Land Rover Freelander 1.  This model was immensely popular while it was being produced between 1997 and 2006, and thanks to its new status as a Land Rover Heritage model, owners can continue to enjoy it for many years to come.  With the addition of the Land Rover Freelander 1 to Land Rover Heritage, owners can obtain over 9,000 parts for the compact 4WD vehicle, ensuring they can keep it running smoothly in the future.

While of course it’s too late to get a Land Rover Freelander 1 new at your local dealership, knowing it is a Land Rover Heritage vehicle is still important for buyers.  It’s comforting to know that the automaker supports cars long after they have been discontinued, so you don’t need to worry about the future when you invest in your Land Rover Discover or new Range Rover.  Canton, Akron, and other area drivers can find these fantastic models, created by an automaker invested in their vehicles long term, right here at Land Rover Solon.
