Service Loaner Policy
Land
Rover Solon will provide alternate transportation to service customers
when requested at the time a service appointment is made. We have a
limited number of "Land Rover Service Loaners," with additional vehicles
being provided by a daily rental company. Please accept our apology if
you have to wait for an appointment in order to have a Land Rover
Loaner, or are offered a daily rental. In case of emergency service, we
will attempt to provide alternate transportation.
We regret that
we are unable to provide alternate transportation for repairs related to
accidents. Please consult with your insurance company as to their
obligation to provide alternate transportation.
Vehicles are
provided as part of the value in purchasing and/or servicing your Land
Rover at Land Rover Solon. Abuse of this privilege will result in
withdrawal of Service Loaner usage. To assist other owners, please
return the Service Loaner on the day when the service work has been
completed.
All Land Rover Loaner vehicles will be given to our
clients with a full tank of fuel. If returned without a full tank there
will be a fuel charge. Smoking is not permitted in any of our loaner
vehicles. Please notify us of any accident, damage or fault in the
vehicle. All parking/traffic tickets are your responsibility. A Land
Rover Loaner is being provided for local use only, and cannot be taken
out of the state of Ohio. To obtain a loaner you must have a valid
driver's license, current insurance information and a credit card for
damages or fuel charges.
